Continuing our schizophrenic conversation. This time, specifically regarding your Email address. What happens when recipients of your Email click reply?
Is the Email address on your card, brochure, website… the same as when someone clicks reply on your Email? Is it the correct address?
Check the options, settings, or account information in your Email program to make sure the Display Name, Email Address, and Reply Address are correct.
This is especially important if you have recently, or ever, changed your Email address, or service provider. How many of your Email recipients are clicking reply and you are not receiving their reply? Or you are confusing them with two or more different Email addresses?
